1. Magic of Flight: AcroYoga with Eric Mamuzich

Come discover the magic of flight with AcroYoga. Take off into positions that look tricky, but actually feel easy. We will discuss and dissect proper technique, timing, alignment while using safe supportive spotting. You will leave with a confident foundation of the practice so you can continue to unlock amazing postures on your own. No experience or partner necessary. This practice is for all levels. If you have previous experience we will take you further down your path. We are excited to share with you a fun, safe, all inclusive way to move using specific drills developed over years of feedback.

 

2. The Beyoncé Experience with Brittany Policastro

Come join yoga powerhouse and transformation coach, Brittany Policastro as she guides you through a crazy fun and awesomely empowering vinyasa practice to the soundtrack of the Queen Bey herself. Expect to sweat. Expect to dance. Expect to sing. Expect to be reminded of how fiercely amazing you are. Beyonce approved attire encouraged. #thebeyonceyogaexperience

 

3. Spiritually Fly Master Class with Faith Hunter

Inspired by her Sunday morning class in DC, Faith will merge a creative blend of yoga postures, breath, and soulful music that will awaken, ignite and stimulate the divine goddess or god in you. This flowing asana practice will incorporate moments of uncovering deep emotions, joyous laughter, pulsating ecstasy, and at each step you will find your way into the flow of your natural self. The practice will include short lecture highlighting the Spiritually Fly Sutras, a flowing vinyasa class inspired by the qualities of the deities, infused with kriyas, and inspirational standing, balancing and an inversion postures. In closing, you will drop into the depths of hips, delicious restorative, and meditation. By finding your own flow in the practice, you will be nourished by the divine and connect to your “spiritually fly” self.

 

4. Yogi, Wild & Free! with David Hem

Yogi, Wild, and Free is a practice of liberation and expression. Vinyasa flow infused with various styles of movement beautifully interweaved with an uplifting soundtrack. Expression is crucial for the soul to continue it’s evolution. It can be difficult to express yourself in this world but in the atmosphere of YWF there’s free range to express yourself and laugh at the follie of it all. There’s even a “Soul Train” line. It’s about freedom, heart, joviality, movement, and expression! We will move our body and maybe even shake a booty or two. Laugh and maybe shed a tear of joy. Growth, liberation, and the cosmic discovery of it all! Yogi, Wild, and Free!
