REGISTRATION FAQ

What is included in my registration fee?

Full Day Pass Holders (early bird and regular Namas Day can register for all sessions on Saturday including the opening meditation.

How do I choose my workshops?

We encourage you to do this right away because all of our programs have an attendance limit.

Simply click the circles next to the class that you would like to attend. Please only register for programs that plan to attend.

How do I save my schedule?

Look in the lower left hand of your screen once you have selected your programs. This tells you that your schedule has been saved. There is not button that you need to press in order to save.

Are refunds available?

We’re sorry, but registration is not refundable. You may, however, transfer your registration to another individual. Just email us, info@namasdayphilly.com, with the information change. We must have the email of the person taking your place.

Can I register for just one workshop during the Festival?

Space is limited in every class and we do anticipate most programs filling. We will open registration for half-day passes and individual programs in January.  We want everyone to attend – not just those that can stay for the full day.

What if I want to change a workshop?

You may make changes to your schedule at any time up until March 22nd. Simply log into your Sched account here, and make the change. Remember there is no SAVE button. But it will save for you.

GENERAL FAQ

Who comes to the festival?

Yogis of all levels. You’ll find programs for everyone regardless of your experience.

What options are there for lunch?

There will be food exhibitors selling snacks, as well as food trucks out front during lunch break. You’re also welcome to bring snacks or pack a lunch.

What should I bring?

Please bring your yoga mat and any props that you regularly use in your practice. You may also want to bring a notebook and pen, and a refillable water bottle. Please check your workshop descriptions for items that are needed for individual programs.

Where is the Namas Day taking place?

Our Spring event will take place in April at the WHYY Building on Independence Mall in Philadelphia. Directions and hotel information can be found here.

Where should I park?

How do I check in when I arrive?

Doors open at 8:00am and our registration team will meet you at the door and check you in. You will also have to check in at the door of each of your workshops.

Will there be water easily available to refill my water bottle?

Yes. There will be water stations in each classroom. We encourage you bring your own refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.

Can I share business cards or information at Namas Day?

If you’d like to share your business information we request that you join us as a Swag Supporter. Information can be found here.

Is there a place to store my items during the day?

Our volunteers will inform you of where to leave your belongings before you enter each classroom, but space is limited. We suggest that you limit what you bring if possible.
