Eric found yoga in 2008 comitting to a daily practice he loved the sense of purpose it gave him. He practiced solo movement intently before immersing himself in a yoga teacher training in 2010. In Philadelphia 2012 he found AcroYoga. A very short while later he realized AcroYoga had taught him an absurd amount of information on movement efficiency. After diving into partner acrobatics he became certified to teach AcroYoga in 2013. He loves sharing the value learned throughout his practice like precision, proper alignment, tempo and predictability. Most important is a keen sense of connection with room for constant adjustment. He credits the yoga for allowing him to move slow through the process and understanding why things work. Eric warns that this practice can make you highly aware of yourself. You might not always like the outome but through proper coaching you can always change the results! He has led numerous international yoga and AcroYoga retreats, taught at conventions and festivals, facilitated teacher trainings, studying all over the world making people believe in themselves.
